Soy nacido en Barcelona, pero llevo 11 años viviendo en La Habana y lo que más me gusta es que mis huéspedes se sientan cómodos en mi apartamento y bien atendidos por mi, aconsejándolos en todo momento, si ellos lo desean, por todo lo diferente que tiene Cuba.

Frank 5.0 21/09/2017Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. In alle drei Stadtteile kommt man super zu Fuß. Sollten doch mal, wie auch bei uns, die Beine schlapp machen, sind nach ordentlichen Verhandlungen, die Taxipreise (3Taxiarten) überschaubar. Von der Größe (über 2 Etagen, Wohn und Schlafberich) und Sauberkeit der Unterkunft sind wir angenehm überrascht gewesen.

For what we wanted Davids Apartment was perfect. It has everything it says it does.Felt very Safe, Neighbors are great, friendly. living right in it with the people.best experience. breakfast right outside across the street.We walked and taxied easily from right outside as well. its located in the middle of most things you'd want to see.

Logement propre, moderne, avec eau chaude qui fonctionne, tout proche du malecon, à 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, dans un environnement très populaire et sympathique. Seule la literie pourrait être plus confortable.

Die Lage der Unterkunft (zweistöckig) ist zentral in der Altstadt von Havanna. Bis zur Innenstadt und zum Melacon sind es fußläuflig 10 Min.. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und man hat (bis auf - manchmal - warmes Wasser) alles was man benötigt. Man ist Selbstversorger. Vor dem Haus sind kleinere Cafés und (Fast Food !?-Restaurants). In Summe passt die Unterkunft.

La localización es en habana central. Todo corresponde como las informaciones en el site. Es un apartamento sencillo, pero muy bueno. En el cuarto hay aire condicionado y ventilador. un armário para ropas, TV, mesa con dos sillas y un baño. En el piso inferior hay la cocina con todo necesario y otro baño. En frente al predio tiene sitios para desayunos y cenas. En la otra cuadra se encuentra La Guarida, donde fue gravada la película Fresa y Chocolate. Tiene sábanas y toallas para la reserva.

The appartment and its furnishing is really great and the location very central. For us is was a little bit too central and lively as the appartment is not in Havanna Vieja but Centro. Through the narrow, multi-level architecture, it is quite loud during the day, but at night we could sleep very well. If you want to enjoy a real Havanna experience, then this offer is a good choice.

The location is near to all the interesting places in Old Havanna. You can reach them and also malecon in some minutes.

Wir wollten "typisch kubanisch"und einfach wohnen und nicht in einem Hotel jenseits des Alltags von Havanna. Das hat unsere Unterkunft in jeder Hinsicht geboten: zentral in einer der belebten Straßen Havannas; kontaktfreudige und supernette kubanische Nachbarn (viele Einladungen, viel Musik und typisch kubanischer Trubel). Für alle empfehlenswert, die Kuba "live" erleben wollen.

Perfectly located, equiped with everything you need and more (2 toilets, 2 shower, fridge etc)! Clean casa and lovely neighbours!!

Hi David, bleib so, wie Du bist !!!
Er ist besorgt um seine Gäste, tut und macht, organisiert Ausflüge zu Besichtigugen und Verantstaltugen. Nicht zu Tourifallen, sondern wo Kuba erlebbar ist. Er ist nie auf seinen Vorteil bedacht, schlägt auf Preise, nie was auf. Wir sprechen wenig englich und schon gar kein spanisch ... es klappte, ein feiner Kerl, einfach cool !!! -

David was awesome!! arranged to pick us up, met us at airport, got us in and set up at the apartment. Directed us to the nearest market/food place. and gave us countless information on getting around. told us about FAC-current Music/art event, and other local must sees. David is a great resource for anything you want to see. I'm sure he can arrange a great experience for you.

David ist Spanier und spricht ganz ordentlich Englisch. Wie alle Anbieter von Casa Particulars bietet sich David als Organisator von touristischen Aktivitäten an und macht das auch gut. Grundsätzlich empfehle ich jedoch die Anschlussunterkünfte (Vinales, Trinidad etc.) erst direkt vor Ort zu buchen, da man sich dann einen besseren Eindruck von der Lage und Qualität beschaffen kann. Nochmals besten Dank und Alles Gute für den schönen Urlaub.

Es una persona maravillosa. Fue muy servicial. Siempre atento a nuestra comodidad. Lo hizo todo para quedarnos bien en su habitación. Lo recomiendo con toda la seguridad!

Ein Gastgeber wie sich ihn jeder noch nicht unbedingt erfahrene Kuba-Tourist wünscht. Er war immer ansprechbar, bot sich für Führungen und Organisation jeder Art an. Gute Englischkenntnisse, keine Probleme der Kommunikation. Wir bekamen sogar unseren Wunsch erfüllt, Motorroller zu mieten, damit wir auf eigene Faust Havanna und Umfeld erkunden konnten. Insgesamt: ein Super-Host!
