Hi, I'm Cryst and I'm from Buenos Aires, one beautiful city of Argentina but live for many years in Spain. I have recently moved to Barcelona and I'll start renting my apartment, I'm sure the experience will be rewarding for both parties. If you need any stuff or Information, suggestions, recommended places, I'm quite willing to do it.

Andrea 5.0 26/03/2014The flat is very good situated, metro station max. 5 min. away and the most tourist-attractions and the center are within walking distance.
The appartement is very clean and all you need is available. Cause the street is close to the bedroom at night its noisy above all at weekend. -

The flat is very clean and nicely done up. You will find everything you need and the next metro station is only 5 min. away.

It is a great place to stay, we can absolutly recommend it! I think, you can't find any comperable flat for that price. For all the german speakers: Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt, die kleine, aber feine Einzimmerwohnung von Chryst für unseren Barcelona-Urlaub zu buchen. Zwar ist es wirklich recht überschaubar, mein Freund hat sich durch die teilweise niedrige Deckenhöhe ab und an den Kopf gestoßen und die Dusche könnte für etwas korpulentere Personen ein bisschen eng werden, aber an sich war es für den Preis echt unschlagbar! Wir sind zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

le logement est conforme à la description il est au premier étage dans un quartier très bien placé avec beaucoup d'animation et l'hôte est charmante et très discrète. Attention le quartier est vivant et donc on ne vient pas dans cet endroit pour dormir mais pour ressentir toutes les vibrations barcelonaises.

Cryst is a very nice and helpfull host. If you need anything else she is doing it immediately. She is obliging and cares about her lodgers that they have a goog stay.
We were satisfied and recommend the flat at any time. -

Charmante, disponible pour les clés et très arrangeantes. Nous avons pu quitter l'appartement à partir de 3 heures car notre avion était à 6 heures. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et j'y retournerais avec plaisir.
