Ellie 4.0 24/06/2014Not full kitchen facilities (no oven or preparation surface) but we made do and were absolutely fine! Also had a bit of trouble getting hot water; even when we left if overnight, we were still having partially cold showers the next morning. However, these were small oversights for what was a really good apartment :) location isn't easily walkable into Rome, but so so accessible via bus routes just round the corner from the airport, and also really accessible from Termini, Trastevere and the airport. We had a great time here, and can honestly recommend them :)

Die Unterkunft ist doch sehr weit außerhalb, ca.1 Stunde zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Sie ist außerdem wirklich winzig. Auf dem Balkon war ein Hocker kaputt, es konnte somit immer nur einer auf dem Balkon sitzen. Die Espressomaschine war innen total verschimmelt, wir haben uns dann Kaffee gegenüber beim Konditor geholt. Der Fernseher hatte keinen guten Empfang und in der Fernbedienung war Batteriesäure ausgelaufen, somit nicht benutzbar. Sauber war die Wohnung sonst, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut eingerichtet, alle Utensilien fürs Kochen vorhanden, nicht groß aber vollkommen ausreichend. Vieles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe ( Bushaltestelle, Supermärkte, Pizzerien, Kiosk etc.). Die Verbindung in das Zentrum ist sehr gut. Alles in einem hatten wir einen sehr schönen 5-tägigen Aufenthalt in Rom. Danke!
The apartment is clean, well furnished, all utensils for cooking available, not very large but absolutely sufficient. Everything is located in close vicinity to the apartment (bus stop, supermarkets, pizzerias, kiosk, etc.). The connection to the center is very good. All in one, we had a very enjoyable 5-day-stay in Rome. Thanks!

The apartment is well located. Surrounded by a supermarket, several shopping opportunities in the area and also small restaurants and pizzerias can be found. There are good bus connections to the city centre. All in all good value for money. Too bad that the walls are so thin. Otherwise great.

Den Gastgeber haben wir nicht getroffen und er/sie war wohl auch länger nicht in der Wohnung, sonst wären die vielen Mängel hoffentlich aufgefallen. Den Schlüssel haben wir von einem coworker, bekommen den wir auch erst anrufen mussten als wir da waren.

Der Kontakt mit Claudia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sofort kamen Anreisepläne, Wegbeschreibungen und das Angebot sich um jedes weitere Anliegen zu kümmern. Rosanna ist toll! Wir wurden Super eingewiesen und sie hat uns sogar ein Taxi bestellt. Top!

Die Gastgeber haben wir persönlich nicht gesehen, aber ihre nette Freundin, die im selben Haus wohnt, hat uns alles gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Der email Kontakt war hervorragend.
We didnt meet the hosts personally but their nice friend who lives in the same house, gave us the keys and showed us the apartment. The email contact was excellent.
