Our home is unique in that it caters for a family with a beautiful lawn, swimming pool and separate rooms for kids and adults or mixed use. The fact that the cottage is separate allows us to have friends and family stay over with us when on vacation instead of them staying in a hotel. The Fresnaye area is quiet, clean, filled with beautiful avenues and many of RSA's most prestigues homes. We are 10min from blue flag beaches and 10 mins from the new 2010 soccer stadium. Restuarants are 10mins walk to the main hub of Green Point and Sea Point. Its truelly a unique property in this regard.
