  Guests have been received any and escorted to the floor. Personally I have taught the floor and the operation of the air conditioning, sofa-beds (which have been tested and found super comfortable), kitchen, sun curtain ... etc.. The floor has liked in all aspects: cleanliness, location, location. we have also left a phone number for customer service, but have never called, which was suppose q all its pleasures. I found good people.
