Very nice and clean apartment in a great neighborhood, close to the beach, nice restaurants and stores. The owners were nice and very helpful. We had a great vacation

First of all the location of the house is great because it is in the middle of the town and across the road from the beach. However what they do not tell you is that it is up 67 steps from the road and across someone elses roof. So if you are old, infirm, disabled or have kids and buggies this is definately not the place for you. The two rooms in the basement stank of damp because there is a problem with the drainage. Whenever anyone took a shower, the water pumped out of the washing machine waste pipe in the washing / drying area below the kitchen terrace. Whilst the rooms are quite big, there are no wardrobes just small rails to hang your clothes. The design of the en suite in the main bedroom is rediculous as you can see/hear anyone who is on the toilet. Also the curtains in the main bedroom are too flimsy and let in too much light. Some of the furniture inside was broken and the external furniture was in an awful state. In conclusion i think the house is overpriced .
