- It is very quiet, but right in the middle of Budapest.
- The location is superb, tramlines, 2 metro lines, many bus lines and supermarket at < 500 m. Good vietnamese take-away at the next corner.
- The flat has windows only on an inner court. Because it is on the first floor, no sun can reach it and it stays fairly cool even though outside it was 30+ centigrade.
- On the other hand, that also makes the flat somewhat dark, so we used lights a lot, but there are enough lights.
- The bathroom has no separate ventilation, but it is very high, and opens to the room with the front door, which had a high window always open. We had no problem with moisture in the bathroom and laundry did dry quickly (having washing machine is a real plus if you stay longer).
- All windows open to the inner court 1st floor gallery where people can walk, so you should close them when you're not at home.
In short: highly recommended.

The apartment was great and really good located. We didn't used the public transport once to explore the city. You can go everywhere by foot.
We really enjoyed our stay at Attila's apartment.

The apartment was very spacious, only the kitchen was a bit small. Everything was clean and the rooms were quiet. Perfect place to explore Budapest. We will stay there again when visiting this beautiful city.

Great Apartment. Very good location. You have everything inside a few Minutes. Bars, Shops ,... and also a very good connection to public Transport. When i come back to Budapest i will go for an Apartement from Attila again!

The Apartment is great. It has everything you need (Equiped kitchen, wasching machine, ...). Location is also great, with Bus, Tram or Metro you can reach everything in a really short time. Only the dishes were not cleaned good - so we had to wash the things before we want to use them. But the rest was clean (Bathroom, Kitchen, Living room). All in all i am really happy ->I extended my stay for another Month.

We enjoyed staying at that apartment and the good host, which tried to answer all our questions and needs.

Die Unterkunft war wahnsinnig schön, man ist sehr schnell in der City.
Alles war sauber und die Betten noch dazu gemütlich.

Spacious clean apartment with all needed amenities. Can not emphasis how central the apartment was. Tram and metro at door step. Excellent resturant Jelen around the corner. Popular bars like instant and corventito also a short walk. Host was absolutely welcoming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Attila's apartment is in a very central location and easy access to many place of Budapest. Supermarkets, restaurants, metro and trams are all in less than 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is so spacious, bright and also quite during the night. We really enjoy these beautiful rooms with luxury crystal lights. We can make nice food there because kitchen got many useful cooking tools. Besides, Attila also offer us a cheap, secured car parking lot which is very useful. We love this place and highly recommend to anyone who want to visit Budapest.

Die großzügige Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral in einer alten, ursprünglichen Straße. Sie ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet und verfügt über eine gute Verkehrsanbindung. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr zufriedenstellend. Vielen Dank dafür.

Our first experience with 9flats - we chose well. Everything for a short stay needed is provided, the Wifi works perfectly. We didn't use the kitchen though.

We had an incredible time in Budapest!! The apartment is very well located, walking distance to all the main bars and clubs. Attilla was a very wonderful host, giving us a truly hearty welcome to a fantastic city. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner, but otherwise we were very happy!

The lovely apartment, which is well located near the tram and metro station, offers a lot of space. It's big enough for six people. We enjoyed our stay in Budapest in this nice and clean apartment and suggest everyone to stay in this wonderful place.

Das Appartement befindet sich in einem alten grossen ursprünglichen gebäude im 1. OG. in einem typischen alt-pester Wohnviertel. man fühlt sich hier heimisch unter den bewohnern budapests. sehr zentral gelegen zu 2metro-und 2strassenbahn haltestellen. bei einem zukünftigen Budapest aufenthalt werde ich dieses Appartement wieder buchen.
The apartment is located in an old large original building on the 1st floor. in a typical old-Pester residential area. It makes you feel at home among the dwellers of budapest. very central located to 2metro and 2Tram stations. in a future Budapest stay I will book this apartment again.

L'alloggio è fantastico! Veramente superiore alle aspettative! anche bene arredato e completo di ogni confort. Inoltre sia io che mio marito abbiamo saputo bene apprezzare lo stile liberty del palazzo e dell'appartamento, con finestre originali di inizio secolo che ne fanno qualcosa di esclusivo, molto mitteleuropeo. Inoltre il fatto di essere ubicato in un posto centrale e ben raggiungibile è fondamentale. Quando torneremo a Budapest sapremo dove andare

Super sauberes, tip top gepflegtes Apartment. Es sind reichlich Bettwäschen und Handtücher vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Man fühlt sich direkt heimisch. Auch für 6 Personen bietet das Apartment sehr viel Platz.

Die Straße ist nicht die schönste, dafür aber sehr zentral direkt am Blaha Lujza Platz gelegen. Trotz der Nähe zur Rakoczi utca war von dem sonst üblichen Gehupe und den Sirenen der Einsatzfahrzeuge nicht viel zu hören. Sämtliche Bars, Diskotheken, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Küche ist sehr klein, erfüllt aber ihren Zweck. Wer hier für 6 Personen kochen möchte, muss mit zwei Gas-Kochstellen und etwas zu kleinen Töpfen auskommen. Besonders Positiv: In der Küche ist eine solide Basisausstattung vorhanden. Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Gewürze, Öl, Schwämme und Spülmittel. Meine Freunde und ich waren sehr zufrieden. Wir können das Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

Richtig gute Lage in der Innenstadt und große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Wir waren zu dritt und dafür ist die Wohnung riesig.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, große Zimmer mit hohen Decken, ein schöne Altbauwohnung. Sie ist schön eingerichtet, alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig. Sie liegt zentral, aber ruhig. Die Metro und ein Supermarkt sind 5 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne grosse Wohnung mit allen was ein Haushalt braucht. Grosse Betten und Licht durchflutet sehr saubere Zimmer.
Werden gerne wider die Gastfreundschaft von Herr Attila in Anspruch nehmen.

Fast im Herzenvon Budapest gelegen, großzügig, qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet und Metro-nah gelegen. Ein wirklich empfehlenswerter Aufenthaltsort

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung konnte man jeden Teil der Stadt wirklich schnell erreichen. Durch die zwei getrennten Badezimmer ist es ideal für größere Gruppen bis sechs Leute, außerdem bietet die Wohnung viel Stauraum und Platz!

Wunderbar Zentral, sauber, angenehm, gastfreundlich und bequem!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wurde uns in top-sauberen Zustand übergeben. Kann man wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

I spent 4 months as an exchange student in this flat and was really satisfied with this accomodation,its location and the owner. The flat is central situated, so that a lot of touristic attractions are easy accessible by public transportation or on foot. The flat is convenient for young people, as well as couples and families, though the rooms are spacious and well furnished.

I was delighted by the flat and its location - we found it very cozy, on a charismatic street and it really felt like a home from home.

Zentrale Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung und sauber.

If you are looking for an appartment in the center of Budapest, very close to the metro station, this should be your choice. Everything you need as a visitor can be found nearby and we could hardly hear any noise of the city at night, because the windows are facing towards an atrium.

Perfekt für Familien und Reisende mit Handgepäck: es ist wirklich alles vorhanden: perfekte Küche, Handtücher, tolle bequeme Betten, Internet etc... wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen!!! Die Lage ist ruhig, trotzdem ist man in der Nähe der Metro, SUpermärkte sind zu Fuß zu gut erreichbar.... Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos, fantastisch hohe Wände.... Wir würden wieder hier buchen!

Die Wohnung ist eine nett eingerichtete Altbauwohnung, wie sie in Berlin jeder gerne hätte. Deckenhöhe von ca. 4 Metern und schönen Türen, sehr ansehlich. Die 2 Zimmer sind sehr groß und in jedem Zimmer steht ein großer Tisch, so daß man bequem mit 5 oder 6 Leuten dort essen oder spielen kann. Die Betten waren alle schon bezogen. Vorteilhaft ist, das es ein Bad mit WC und eine Dusche ebenfals mit WC gibt, so daß man sich früh nicht so ins Gehege kommt. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß, das man Sachen verstauen und zubereiten kann. Jedoch dort essen kann man eigentlich nicht. Es gibt 2 Gasherdplatten, keinen Herd.
Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Zentrum und daher kann man alles per Fuß erreichen, ohne die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzen zu müssen. Wenn doch liegt die U Bahn und die Straßenbahn in 4 Min Laufweite. Es gibt ein WLAN Zugang und man kann so bequem die nächste Tour planen. Wir haben die Garage (extra) genutzt.

Eine Wohnung mit Flair - edler Altbau: hohe Räume, große neue(!) Fenster, Parkettfußboden, doppelflügelige Verbindungstür zwischen den beiden Wohn/Schlafräumen
Alles neu und wunderschön renoviert, sowohl Wohnräume, wie auch Küche und Bad
und dazu ziemlich ruhig, aber absolut zentral zu allen Nahverkehrsverbindungen gelegen, auch zur Metro
Bäckerei direkt gegenüber
Wir haben uns rundum gut gefühlt und viel Spaß an der Wohnung gehabt!!!!

It was right on on the perfect area for me and m girlfriend (5 minutes away is corvintetö and/or stimpla-kert). The flat was roomy and clean, had everything you need.

Very clean, charming art nouveau apartment in the middle of the center. Excellent bus and train connections. Alongside a large selection of shops alike.
