Al llegar, confirmé que mi elección había sido la mejor opción en Berlín, por ubicación, por confort, por autenticidad (un alojamiento en un departamento berlinés no es lo mismo que en un impersonal hotel), por mi anfitrión, que me ayudó en todo lo que necesité, por la relación calidad/precio.

Alles sehr easy! Bodo ist ein routinierter Gastgeber. Er hat mir sogar eine Gästepark-Vignette organisiert, so dass ich mein Auto vor der Türe stehen lassen konnte. Geschlafen habe ich super und mich auch wohl gefühlt.
I have booked a room for my parents for 4 days. The location is very good, within walking distance to the center, the room is spacious and comfortable. the host is very kind. My parents are very pleased

Die Wohnung mit Blick über die Dächer Berlins ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und trotzdem ist man rasch in der Stadtmitte - gute Anbindung mit Tram und U-Bahn! Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Prima punkto Ordnung und Sauberkeit!
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in perfekter Lage. Der Alexanderplatz ist nur zwei Tram-Stationen entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut errreichbar.
Das Zimmer ist ein schönes Altbauzimmer ruhig nach hinten hinaus gelegen, zentrale Lage im Prenzlauer Berg und gute Möglichkeit zum Einkaufen ganz in der Nähe. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

This was my second stay at this apartment and I enjoyed it as much as the first time! The central location is excellent with quiet, leafy streets lined with cafes and interesting shops, the room is large and comfortable and the host very friendly. Overall, a great place to stay.

Ideale Location am Prenzlauer Berg, großes und ruhiges Zimmer, alles Notwendige vorhanden. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe.

Schöne gemütliche Wohnung welche sehr stilvoll und zweckentsprechend eingerichtet ist. Es ist sehr sauber und mann fühlt sich sehr wohl.
Sehr netter, kommunikativer und interessanter Gastgeber. Wohnung sehr charmant und persönlich, richtige Wohlfühloase. Tolle Lage nahe Alexanderplatz, mehrere Parkanlagen und ein hochspannender, historischer Friedhof in der Nähe. Insgesamt alles absolut top!
War nett eingerichtet und auf den Visitor-Bedarf von Gästen eingestellt; sauber sowieso; Lage zentral und verkehrstechnisch perfekt angebunden: ruhig und nach hinten raus gelegen.
Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen.
Alles Tip Top. Und ja die Wohnung liegt wirklich im 5ten Stock ohne Aufzug.
Aber auch das kann man schaffen :-)
Das Zimmer liegt zum Hof hinaus und es ist wirklich ruhig.
Auch in der ganzen Wohnung, obwohl es ein Altbau ist.
Und wie Wohnung ist so zentral das man sich auch die 15 Min. Zeit nehmen könnte und zum Alexander Platz laufen.
U- und S - Bahn ist ganz in der Nähe.
Ganz tolle und leckere Restaurants auch!
Und 1 Min. Fußweg auch ein Kaisers zum einkaufen.
Also wir würden es immer wieder buchen.
Auch beim erneuten Aufenthalt alles super für einen Besuch in Berlin geeignet! Zentrale Lage im lebendigen Winskiez, dazu alle Tourismusziele nah und bequem und schnell erreichbar. Große saubere Räume und herzliche respektvolle Gastlichkeit zum Wohlfühlen.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Da sie in der 5. Etage liegt hat man garantiert täglich ein gewisses Fitnessprogramm zu bewältigen. Das Zimmer liegt ruhig Richtung Hinterhof. Die Küche ist groß und gemütlich.
A very good room! Clean and quiet. Has a writing table and a lamp, which is useful if you want to read or use a laptop. A convinient district: many cafes, supermarket just around the corner (open till 23:30), tram M2 to Alexanderplatz or to S-Bahn.
A minor disadvantage: 5th floor, steep steps, no elevator (but that's an advantage if you want some excercise).
Overall, great place.
Studentisches Flair! Altbau 4. OG, nah am Himmel, hell mit Überblick, sehr zentral und gut per Tram angebunden, ungestörter Schlaf zum ruhigen Innenhof im sehr guten Bett, sehr sauber und alles fürs tägliche Leben vorhanden, Preis unschlagbar. Wenn Berlin, dann hier!
Bodo ist sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Vermieter und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf alle Fälle wieder dort wohnen.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung waren schön eingerichtet.

Sehr zentral gelegen. In 10Min. am Alexanderplatz. Prenzlauer Berg ist ausgezeichnet für Essen. Sehr viele und sehr gute Restaurants.

Apartamento bien situado y amplio. Mi única observación que no me quedó claro al realizar la reserva que compartes el apartamento con el dueño que duerme allí. Ha sido una buena experiencia aunque diferente, en España no es usual compartir con los dueños en alquileres de vacaciones y poca duración.

we had a wonderful stay at Bodo's place. the apartment had everything we need (and more), it is located so close to the metro station and Alexanderplatz / Stadtmitte which was very practical. Bodo was super nice and friendly and we felt very welcome. top spot!
The room was exactly what we were looking for: close to the S-bahn and the Mitte. Couldn't ask for a better host or room.

Die Wohnung ist mit einem besonders geschmackvollen Stil eingerichtet und liegt super zentral! Ich konnte viele tolle Ecken zu Fuß erreichen.
The flat is in an excellent location with many places of interest, good bars etc in easy walking distance. It is very well decorated and clean and there is also plenty of space
geräumige Bleibe, "wende-stylisch", 5. Etage ohne Lift hält fit..., absolut ruhig, empfehlenswert
Die zentrale Lage und die völlige Ruhe mitten in der Stadt sind etwas Besonderes. Das Zimmer im 6. Stock ist groß, hell und luftig - für eine Person zum Wohlfühlen, für zwei wäre das Bett zu eng. Kein Fahrstuhl!
literie vraiment très(trop) mole; grande salle de bain, cuisine et salon agréable. Le 4ème étage sans ascenseur est vivement recommandé pour la musculation au retour d'une journée bien remplie.
Situation idéale dans un quartier tranquille mais proche de toutes commodités (transports/commerces/restaurants/bars etc)
Habe mich 4 Tage sauwohl gefühlt und war mitten im Leben in einem der schönsten Viertel von Berlin! Hier werde ich sicher wieder hinkommen!!
