Sin duda un lugar perfecto para visitar y disfrutar de Barcelona, por su ubicación, el estado general del piso (moderno), muy práctico, con mucha luz natural y unas vistas impresionantes!! Conozco muy bien esta ciudad por haber vivido en ella un par de años y os recomiendo el sitio sin ningún problema…

Está muy céntrico, cerca de las zonas de copas / restaurantes / discotecas y zonas turísticas más agradables de Barcelona, al lado del Parc de la Ciutadella, en un barrio muy tranquilo a solo 10 minutos andando de la playa!!!!

Great host, great apartment and great location. all you can ask for when you decide to go to BCNA and stay in a private place. Francesco is just great as host, gives you all the privacy you require and is always available when needed. Will always come back!!!!!

We had a beautiful time at Francesco's place!
You feel ride away at home, so close at the sea side and all the awesome things you can see in Barcelona!
It is really a place where you can relax after all the sightseeing.
We loved the balcony with the amazing view.
We come back next year!

We had a wonderful time in Francesco´s beautiful apartment! Everything looked exactly as on the pictures so the view was really breathtaking and the way to all our favourite spots done in a few minutes. My personal highly recommended place!

GREAT place, very beautiful terrace, amazing views, very clean, very comfortable king-size bed, loved the window in the shower. It was just PERFECT and the location is very central, close to the beach and to Ramblas. All the necessary amenities, just one word - PERFECTION.

I have never booked flats before, always stayed in the hotels, but after meeting Francesco and staying in this amazing cozy penthouse, I will always book flats this way. Don't be scared, you will love it. Francesco will help you with everything and answer all questions always in time and very professionally.

You will never ever meet such a great host as Francesco. And the appartment is really lovely.

We stayed 4 nights everything was perfect, 5 minute walk and your on the beach or at gaudis cathedral but still quiet enough to have a good sleep. francesco was more then helpfull and knows barcelona very well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay agian. Thanks!!

Have you ever sat on a roof-terrace like this with a view at sangrada familia and torre agbar on the one side and a seeview at Mapfre and the gerry fish on the other side through a window... I did and I will miss it at home!!!

Perfecte Wohnung für 2 Personen.Super Lage,alles zu Fuss erreichbar ( Altstadt,Sagrada Familia,Strand und Supermarkt ).Wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona kommen,dann definitif in dieses Penthouse.
Perfect stay for 2,verry good located,you can find everything in just a short walking distance.The next we will visit Barcelona,we will definitly try to stay here again!

Perfect stay for 2 . The flat is very good located and fully equipped. Fantastic view from the roof terrace. You can find everything in just a short walking distance ( beach, city centre, supermarkets). Francesco is a great host. Very friendley. He providet us with many informations before and also during our stay.

Great flat, located very well next to Ciutadella park, close to the city, but not noisy at all. The terrace and views are amazing! You can see Sagrada Familia from the terrace which is sunny all day and the mediterranean sea through the window in the living room. There is everything you need, including dishes, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, tools, etc. also you will find a selection of information material upon arrival. Check-In and Check-Out worked perfectly without any problems. The next we will visit Barcelona, we will definitly try to stay here again!

Really nice, modern, clean flat in good walking proximity to the town Centre, yet. not noisy. Brilliant view from terrace. Supermarkets and cafes in close proximity.
Very small kitchen unit.
Would stay again - warm/air-conditioned, safe and secure accommodation

The penthouse's location was perfect for visiting the beach, La Ramblas, Sagrada Familia, and the nearby park. It was close to the Metro and grocery stores. The penthouse was small but very efficient and the view was fantastic.

An awesome apartment located right next to the Parc de La Ciutadella. It was just fantastic. The apartment provides enough space to relax and if weather's good you can enjoy the huge balcony and the sight over Barcelona. Just like the description of Francesco. We definitely recommend this apartment to everyone, young couples, aged couples, families, youths. It was simply amazing.

We stayed in the apartment for a whole week. It is in a great location, very close to public transport and a short walk from the sea, gorgeous park and the old town. The apartment is modern, clean and has really nice decor. The highlight is the balcony, which is definitely as nice, if not better than the photos on the website. We saw some spectacular sunsets from there too. We would definitely recommend it to our friends!

The best place to stay in Barcelona!! The flat, the bathroom, the terrace, everything was perfect. Everything you need is around the corner. Supermarkets, one of the nicest parks of Barcelona, bus station, metro station, tram station, 15minutes walk to the beach. You have an air conditioner in every room. And best of all: A breathtaking view on Barcelona.
We definitely will come back!!

Best. Holiday. Ever. The penthouse is more than amazing, it has everything you need for a more than pleasant stay in barcelona. Everything you need (beach, supermarket etc.) is near the penthouse or within 15 min via bus/metro reachable. We will come back to barcelona and franz penthouse for sure - thanks for everything!

The location is very good, close to the subway, shops - and you are in the middle of the everyday life - instead of the articial hotell-sorroundings.
The flat is in good condition, clean, tidy. The kitchenette is fit for purpose, the bathroom is clean and nice (maybe soime more rolles of toilette paper wouldnot hurt :-) ) and the terass is magnificent. Our daughter even slept out there two nigths.
We recommend the place to anybody - if you don't have a car. Because there is no parking space.

Everything about Franz's place will more than satisfy. I found the apartment perfectly located for a genuine "local" experience of this amazing town - far enough from tourist hordes yet close enough to dive back in whenever you need to get around. Bus, tram and metro connections are fantastic, with Beach, park and local shops in easy walking distance.

The apartment is well apointed, is very modern and stylishly minimal, making staying here a pleasure.A very special apartment. And the views!! Even the pictures don't do it justice. Just take Franz's place and drink in the glory of Barcelona!

At first, we didn't know what to write. The thing is, when we tell the truth, then lots of people will book this flat. So the oppourtunity to come back at a time we want to, is not very high... And I can say, we really want to come back! So we decide to tell the truth, our host deserves the praise, for his work:)
The flat is very clean, the ambience in it is great and i didn't even mentioned the amazing view from our balkony. You can see almost the whole city from the 8th floor of the building. Its next to the beach (aprox. 5-10min) and not really far from downtown for a little shoppingtour!

The flat is perfect and you have what you need in the small kitchen. Its furnished in a good style, also very clean. The view is amazing and you can use the terrace as your living room. The apartment is also perfect placed in the city. We were walking every distance (Placa Catalunya or Rambla or Beach, Sagrada Familia about 15 min, Zoo 2 min.) or take a Taxi, its cheap or use public transports just around the corner. Down the street on the Beach you have many nice restaurants and Bars. Supermarkets, Bakerys and fruit stores on each sides very close. I can highly recommend Francescos flat.

Die Unterkunft hat uns besonders wegen der schönen Dachterrasse sehr gut gefallen. Alles Nötige war vorhanden und war zweckmäßig und sauber. Die Lage hin zur Stadt war optimal, da zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir werden bestimmt wieder bei Francesco wohnen, wenn wir in Barcelona sind.

Very beautiful appt. very well located at the heart of the city with a breathtaking view from the lovely terrace. It is clean and in perfect condition.
There's everything you need to have a perfect stay in Barcelona: Towels, Sheets, Hairdryer, cooking stuff etc. Way beyond any Hotel for this price.

My two friends and I stayed at Francesco's wonderful flat for 4 nights. We had a great time. The flat is very modern and best located to the city. The best place is the Terrace! You have great look all over the city and much sun.

Have no fear to book it - you will love it, like we did.

Francesco's appt. is really well located, quiet, with incredible views and perfectly arranged, to spend a nice hollidays in barcelona. The best part is the terrace!!!
Everything's clean, and well placed, there's hair dryer, towels, and all the cooking utensils that you need.

You have 2 big supermarkets near by and all kind of restaurants and clubs just 10 minutes away!

I'll deffinitely return for other weekends!

The apartment was perfectly clean and recently refurbished so everything is in perfect working order and the flat is designed in a very fashionable style. The balcony and the views across Barcelona are truly breathtaking. The apartment is also in a great location and of the standard beyond a hotel. I recommend it highly!

My husband & I stayed at Francesco's penthouse for 3 nights. It's newly refurbished & well-maintained, even better than some hotels. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable sleep. we (my mother and i) stayed 1 week at francescos appartment
i highly recommend everybody who wants to stay in barcelona to book some nights at francescos place
the apparment is in a real good area, its close to a lot of turistic places (sagrada familia), beach and the ramblas (if u want to save money, u can do a lot by foot)
the appartment itself, is wonderful, especially the terrasse as u can see on his pics (that was the reason why i booked it in first place)
i think in the sommer time its perfect for beach vacations and parties at night (i mean its not far to go somewhere!)

Appartement clair, très bien tenu, avec une jolie vue sur la ville et silencieux. Ce logement est parfait pour deux ou trois personnes, il est décoré avec goût et confortable. La cuisine un peu petite... encourage à aller dans un des nombreux restaurants de Barcelone : bref, de vraies vacances !!

Отличная квартира на последнем этаже с шикарным видом на город. Мы приехали во время проведения авиашоу и получили VIP-места для просмотра! В квартире есть вся необходимая посуда и техника. Хороший ремонт в современном стиле, мебель в основном из ИКЕИ. Очень чисто. Лифт доходит до предпоследнего этажа, один этаж нужно подняться пешком. Балкон (терраса) довольно обширный, на нем имеются два лежака, угловой диванчик и столик со стульями, очень уютно. Расположение удобное, до Готического квартала 15 минут пешком, до пляжа примерно столько же, 3 минуты до зоопарка.

Absolutely fabulous place close to the beach and city centre. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished very modern. There`s everything you need to have a great stay. The bathroom is very stylish and there`s more than enough space for 2 people as there is a separate bedroom and a living room! But the very best about this place is the big terrace with the fantastic view over the whole city of Barcelona! There is beautiful furniture and you get the real lounge-feeling:-)

I spent one week together with a friend at Francescos apartment and it was in all aspects fantastic! The atico is fully refurbished and well equiped. What you see on the pictures is what you get - and the view from the terrace is magic! Also the flat is very well loacted next to the barrio Borne, the Parc Ciutadella and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. I hope I can stay there at my next trip to Barcelona :-)

we´ve stayed in the flat from francesco seven days, we were three guys and enjoyed this beautiful flat to the fullest. everything is as nice as you can see it in the pic´s.
it is unbelievable but true. dont hesitate and get this amazing apartment. we would love to come again one day. thx francesco!!!!
