The flat is big and in a quiet building, lots of shops and restaurants around! The only thing that might wake you in the mornings is the call for prayer from the nearby mosques, but that's istanbul! :) Heating, hot water, stove, internet worked all well.
Be aware that the flat is not in the old town as indicated on the map in the ad but north of Taksim (well connected by bus and metro though).

The place was definitely accurate in terms of its description: neat, clean and cosy. We especially liked the fact that the apartment is located in a quiet building next to a subway station and nice places to eat. I would definitely look into staying hear again, when I return
