The apartement is very good located, 5 minutes walk distance from the centre and from the tram station. The apartement is very well equipped. We had problems with the cleanliness of the flat, especially the bathroom is a bit run-down and also very small. The apartement opens directly from the street and has no window, only on the entrance door, which was a bit strange for us. I recommend this flat for tourists who would like to be in the centre of the city and not spend to much time in the flat but rather want to experience the city.
