5.0Be aware of the location as the map provided by 9Flats is not accurate. It shows the location near the Pantheon but it is an hour walk away from there. This is a 9flats issue and not the owner. The area is concerning at first due to the amount of graffiti but it turned out to be a very nice area as it is all locals with the university very close by. The restaurants in the area are amazing and half the price in the tourist area. if you don't mind commuting into the tourist area, highly recommended apartment.

Very accommodating . Host was nice and easy to deal with language barrier as she had a translating app. Included free WiFi which wasn't working. Very clean, great view and location. Only a 6 minute walk to Vatican city.

Very new facilities, liked it very much. Its right in the center, no need for Metro or Taxi to get to St. Peter's Basilika or Colloseum. Not right in the tourist spots, so its pleasently quiet in the appartement. Super market is right around the corner.

The apartment was in the perfect area for getting around, it was a quite complex. The only problem with the apartment was that there had obviously been a lot of mould just before we arrived which had been cleaned off. The mould smell was excessively strong and the bed itself was damp as a result of the damp problem that the apartment had. I was able to dry the apartment out and by doing so reduce the mould smell. Even so we had to buy some room deodoriser to mask the smell straight away. While I was able to dry out the bedroom and kitchen to a degree, I struggled with the bathroom. The bathroom begun to grow mould back on the walls within 2 days of our 4 day stay. I have lived in damp places before so I knew what needed to be done. It didn't disappear but it became tolerable within a couple of days. Having said this the apartment was in the perfect place to get around which was a big plus. I was able to get rid of the dampness of the bed by the second night which also helped.
