Über Rafal

We didn't stay in this flat because Rafal had an issue with the original flat.

The other flat was OK & by far large enough for the 3 of us. The furniture was nice & the rooms were very bright (an exterior light & white walls) which was a plus. The U-Bahn station was located just outside the door and it was close to a supermarket, a bakery store, a night shop & the Charlottenburg castle, so the location was really great.

Downsides were a lack of equipment (not enough small spoons, no towels to dry the dishes, no hairdryer although it was mentioned on the website), small bathroom towels,... There was a lot of noise in the morning as the flat is situated on a crossroads of two big avenues, and the curtains did not hide the light from the exterior. The bed pillows had some stains on it, but nothing too bad, really.

Overall our flat (at Richard-Wagner-Platz) offered good value for the money we paid. A few small improvements would make it worth it even more.

We didn´t live in this apartment. We paid to rent this partment but became surprised when we arrived and offered another flat in Kaiserdamm. Anyway, the other apartment was in 5 floor with lift, good location in berlin with good connection to the U-bahn which take you to many intressted places. Equipments and internet and kitchen was OK . En disadvantage that it was very hot in the flat ( june month), and very noisy in the early morning because of intensive traffic in the street.
Overall : estimate the flat as OK
