I live in Chicago. My husband and I take pride in our property. We are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key delivery to cleaning and repairs, and anything in between.

Need to have quarters for the washing machine and dryers but they're easy to use. Had a couple of noise issues with neighbours above/below but that's just apartment living.

She and her husband were very helpful, both in person and via email. Very helpful in an unknown area. We loved that end of Uptown and the lake- so close and so unexpectedly lovely. Hiring a bike there was a highlight- right into Downtown Chicago.
Only criticism: no view (as honestly stated) and a noisy AC unit.

Nataliya was always very quick to get back to me about my queries, which was very much appreciated. Pleasant and easy to deal with.
