Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und ist ein hervorragender Standort, um New York von allen Seiten - auch "inside" - zu erleben.

A great find! Comfortable and compact, this lovely apartment is in a fantastic and vibrant location in the heart of Chinatown. We loved staying here and it was within easy walking distance of other great areas/districts, cafes, parks, markets and bars. A real flavour of NY city life, with all the bigger attractions also within easy access.

Das Apartment war laut Beschreibung in little Italy, doch eigentlich befindet man nicht im Chinatown. In ein paar Schritten Entfernung gibt es Asiamärkte in denen man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen kann. Durch die nahegelegenen Subway ist in Manhattan alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Es war eine tolle Zeit

The place was definitely accurate in terms of its description: neat, clean and cosy. We especially liked the fact that the apartment is located in a quiet building next to a subway station and nice places to eat. I would definitely look into staying hear again, when I return

Mike's flat was equipped with all one needs and it was very clean. Even though it's fairly small, the size was no problem at all for the three of us. The place is located in vibrant East Village. There are many restaurants, brunch places and cafés in this area. The closes subway stations are a mere 5 minutes away on foot, so it's easy to get around. I would definitely recommend Mike's place and would stay with him any time again.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt.Sie liegt sehr zentral,man kann den Süden von Manhatten sehr gut zu Fuss erkunden und die Metro liegt nur 5 Min. entfernt.Sie befindet sich in einem gepflegten Haus und was in einer Stadt wie dieser sehr wichtig ist hat man absolute Ruhe,wiel sie nach hinten liegt.TV,Wlan,Kühlschrank sind auch vorhanden.Wir können es nur empfehlen und danken dem Gastgeber.

Unser Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Alles einschließlich notwendiger Instruktionen war perfekt vorbereitet.
Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut und wohl gefühlt. -

Den Gastgeber konnten wir leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen. Doch im Vorfeld wurden uns alle Fragen sehr gut und nett beantwortet. Die Übergabe der Wohnung war durch eine Freundin absolut problemlos und sehr nett.

We especially appreciated the host's attention to detail and approachableness. Mike made sure we were well taken care of even without having to constantly be in touch. Easy to follow instructions for check in and check out and overall was a great host.

Mike was very accommodating. He was there to hand over the keys and to show us his place when we got there (even though our plane was 3 hours delayed). It was easy to reach him via WhatsApp and he responded to all our questions within minutes. Very friendly host.

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und wir wurden sehr freundlich und pünklich zur Schlüsselübergabe empfangen.Wir waren begeistert wie uns alles erklärt wurde und wie unproblematisch alles ablief.Sehr empfehlenswerter Gastgeber.Nochmal ein Danke aus Deutschland,wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.
