Everything we need was available and the description was precised.
The neighboardhood was good and commercial and too narrow from 2 metro stations.
Next time I will surely stay there again.

The apartment has an excellent location near most of Paris famous attractions. It's like being in your own home, you have everything you need and even more. That's why, if I have the chance to come back, i would definitely stay again.

Sono stato in questo appartamento 5 notti con la mia famiglia (io mia moglie e due figli di 6 e 15 anni) e vi posso garantire che è tutto come in foto, anzi di più. Non manca veramente niente, anche la cucina è attrezzatissima. La metrò (Jacques Bosergent) è a 3 minuti a piedi mentre la fermata di Place de la Republique è a circa 5 minuti. La zona è molto servita anche di negozi, supermercato aperto fino a mezzanotte dall’altra parte della strada, panificio a dieci metri, ortolano a trenta metri. Posto tranquillo, idem il condominio. Il ragazzo dell’agenzia che ha fatto il check in / check out è precisissimo, molto gentile e disponibile. Che dire, sono veramente soddisfatto e lo consiglio sinceramente a chiunque.

The host was friendly and cooperative, we called him twice during our stay and he was always available to help us find anything in the flat.

Alexi was our host and he was very friendly and correct. He explained us everything we needed to know about the apartment and Paris surroundings. In addition, he speaks fluent English and manages a decent conversation in Spanish. I would be glad to have him as my host again.
