I am originally from southern Illinois, but have lived in Nashville for several years now. My condo is located within my favorite neighborhood of downtown Nashville, the Gulch; a neighborhood where I lived for the majority of my time (thus far) in Nashville! By trade, I am an I.T. guy, but I very much enjoy real estate and urban development on the side :)
