The appartment has excellent transport links, 5 stops on the tram into the opera area. The bed is comfortable. The traffic noise minimal especially considering we had all the windows open as it was so hot. Its very well equipped with thoughtful touches like a multi plug adaptor and hairdryer. Mini supermarket for basics round the corner and local restaurants with good, not gourmet , food at reasonable prices. We had a very happy visit and would stay there again and would recommend it.

The apartment is comfortable and fits perfectly for two adults and two kids. It has two rooms and a well equipped kitchen.
We did not have to use car or trams since the places we visited were 1-2 Km from the apartment.

We didn't meet Herbert but he arranged everything perfectly . His directions for finding the flat were excellent and getting the keys was easy.

Herbert met our family at the apartment and gave us a first short review about Vienna and the way to hang around, it was very helpful. Herbert is very nice and pleasant.
