Hi! I'm Karlheinz and the proud owner of Fantasy Fashion, a German-based export company since 1985. Furthermore, I am also the founder of Cebu Eco-Future Development Corporation, a privately owned company which caters to the needs of those in need, assisting them in attaining better living which will ultimately nurture and benefit their lifestyle. In the 70's, I was adventurous enough to hike 500 km barefoot across Benguet, Ifugao, the mountain provinces in Kalinga, Abra and Apayao. There I lived amongst a 3000-year-old indigenous culture beside the famous rice terraces. After this adventure, I decided to settle down in Cebu and helped organize one of the first reforestation projects on the island. I was lucky to be part of the pioneer plantation in Mantalongon, Dalaguete, Philippines in 1980. Since then 50,000 trees have grown into a beautiful forest, which has given local wildlife a chance to proliferate. Currently we have 8 Airbnb listings. These include several studio-type rooms in Talisay City. Beautifully constructed with imported materials and care to detail. These are being take care of my staff when I am away. In Ginatilan, our beach resort and rooms there are being run by family members and close friends. Unfortunately, I am often out of the country, due to business, but whenever I am in the Philippines, I make sure to enjoy life, hang out with family, friends and guests; and make new acquaintances. My family is my life. I am happily married to a Filipina and we have two kids together.
