Once you've mastered the secrets of the three doors leading to the appartment, you find yourself in a quiet, comfortable place in a lively neighboorhood. The only thing that me missed was another blanket ... I guess one of the cultural differences between France and Germany is that Germans do not find it cosy to share one big blanket :) I hope we'll be back very soon, to Paris and to this apartment.

The flat offered everything we expected . Very quiet location and lovely surroundings . Metro just 3 min away which was great. Perfect place to stay and explore this beautiful city .

Auch wenn der Innenhof zunächst nicht ganz so einladend aussieht, ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr schön, für 3 Personen optimal, ein bisschen dunkel, aber sehr geschmackvoll und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Die Lage im wunderschönen Montmartre ist super, Fahradverleih, Metrostation direkt vor der Tür und Ende Juli auch Parkmöglichkeiten fürs Auto, was will man mehr?

Quiet and near both Metro and good local restaurants, it was Perfect for 3 of us for three days in Paris. The instructions were clear and simple and the tips for restaurants and places to visit very useful. I recommend this flat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der charmanten, kleinen Wohnung. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigten, sogar in der Küche. Die Lage ist ruhig, wir haben prima geschlafen. In dem sehr sympatischen Stadtteil befindet sich alles Nötige in unmittelbarer Umgebung, sogar ein Bioladen.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung! Sauber und ruhig!

Located in a very ordinary area. Not touristy at all. Lots of bars/cafes/bistros/restaurants/brasseries (good value for money) within walking distance. Variety of shops - excellent bakers within 2 min walk. Metro just 60 metres away.

Main entrance of the street. Entrance hall gloomy and musty. Very good security -four layers, outer door, inner door, roller shutter, flat door. Key for flat door with remote for others made it easy to get in and out Although street busy, extremely quiet in the flat (ground floor)

Flat was good size for a couple, well equipped, hob, fridge and microwave were modern. Very clean and recently decorated. Good heating. Bathroom mainly tiled, good lighting, very clean and modern fittings with large shower and ample hot water

Would use again.

Eine tolle Wohnung, klein, aber sehr fein. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Viertel ist ohnehin großartig!

We felt home , verry peacefull.

We had a wonderful time in your lovely appartment but unfortunately the beds are really uncomfortable. Expecially the souch was squeaking and creaking at every movement and we all had back pain in the morning. That is the only negative thing. Because Location is absolutely perfect only a few steps to Metro Station (Jules Joffrin) and in Walking distance to SacreCoeur. Perfect!!! Appartment was fully equipped for 4 Persons and furnished friendly. We really had a good time.

Very good place to stop easy to get around the metro very close.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, making it a perfect place to stay for a visitor who got a big and heavy bag like us (need not to carry bags up the stairs). There is a little space outside the apartment where you can sit and smoke. The washer&dryer is very useful if anyone who needs to wash and iron clothes during the stay. You can also cook your own food coz there are provided utensils and electric oven/microwave in the apartment. There is located a metro just less 15 steps away from the apartment, making the travel around Paris is very easy. You can also easily get a taxi coz they are just near the metro. Also you can find many good restaurants/convenient stores/ a very good bakery shop nearby. We love the location and the facilities provided. Would like to recommend this place to all who want to stay at a safe, friendly, quiet place during a visit in Paris. :))

everything fine and a great place to start exploring Paris

! Wir haben Paris mit dem "Velib"- dem geliehenen Fahrrad erkundet- SPITZE! Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Velib-Station und für 1,80 € pro Tag und Rad kommt man ratz-fatz überall hin wo man will. Man muss nur alle 30 Minuten wechseln bzw 2 Minuten warten dann gehts weiter. Alle 300Meter ist eine Fahrradstation. Und Dank Fahrradwege bzw Busfahrbahn, die man benutzen darf- man darf sogar verkehrt in die Einbahnstraßen fahren - sind die Franzosen erstaunlich cool gegenüber den Radlern! Und das Ausleihen geht auch mit einer normalen EC-Karte an dem Terminal. Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Beste Lage für Ausflüge. Für Paris sehr ruhig. Beschreibung der Wohnung hat genau dem entsprochen was wir vorgefunden haben. Sehr sauber. Sogar den 2 Kindern hat es prima gefallen.

The appartement ist superb for couples or families. The location is perfect, close to the metro station and Sacré Couer.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, da sich die Fenster zum Hinterhof befinden. Dies garantiert eine erholsame Nacht. Außerdem liegt sie im Erdgeschoß, und ermöglicht leichten Transport des Gepäcks.

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hat auch schönes Geschirr und liegt in guter Lage am Fuße des Montmartre. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend - nur eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt.
Der Gastgeber hat auch eine Flatrate in verschiedene Länder, so dass kostenlos in Festnetznummern telefoniert werden kann - ein großes und zusätzliches Plus.
Für 4 Personen ist das Apartment allerdings etwas klein - auch das Badezimmer ist sehr beengt und man muss hoch in die Dusche steigen - aber insgesamt hat uns unser Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir würden das Apartment auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.
