Ich bin einige Monate aus Berlin abwesend und vermiete deshalb meine Wohnung zeitweise preiswert. Internet noch nicht vorhanden, ist bestellt, kommt in ca. 2-6 Wochen. Solange ist ein mobiler USB-Stick für 2,50 Euro / Tag (fonic) vorhanden. UMTS 1/2 GB Datentransfer maximal / Tag, danach gedrosselt.

I liked the flat very much. It was in an excellent position, 2 minutes walk from the metro station, at the 10th floor of a palace with a good view of the city. The flat was not luxury but clean and exactly as expected, and the price was fair. The area around was calm and safe. I was really satisfied with it

The owner of the flat was very helpful. Some of his assistants did not speak English, but via mobile phone it was easy to contact him in case of need. He also helped me to reach the airport at the end of my holiday.
