Klein aber fein. Für ein paar Tage in Paris, wenn man sowieso die meiste Zeit unterwegs ist, perfekt. Zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten von Notre Dame und dem Zentrum entfernt. Metro ist auch gleich in der Nähe, also gut geeignet, um direkt ins Sightseeing zu starten. Da während unserem Aufenthalt fast alle benachbarten Wohnungen leerstanden, hatte man auch seine Ruhe.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr, sehr klein aber die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Bäcker, Cafes, Metro ect. alles was man so braucht in der Nähe. Und es ist ruhig zum schlafen....

To begin with the positive part, the accomodation is located in a nice area around the bastille where many bars, shops and cafes can be found. The metro is close and most Paris-must-sees are in walking distance.
Unfortunately the accomodation did not meet our expectations. Besides the fact that the room is much smaller than you might expect from watching the pictures, there is an offensive smell of cold smoke coming from the bathroom resp. the neighbouring flat, which makes the stay quite uncomfortable :-(
At the end this makes the 70 Euros a bad value at price even for Paris.

Good place to stay when coming to Paris! The city was adorable, the place is very central and we almost walked every tour from there. the market just at bastille is really cool to check out! :)

Directly at Bastille, three Metro lines from there, many shops for food (also supermarkets open late).
With sunshine, walking to the main attractions (Louvre, Notre Dame, other museums) is also really nice.

The flat itself was really small, but had everything we needed. The bathroom has no window - with a bit of typical smell. Opening the window for a time solved this. The window is quite large and lights the apartment sufficiently during the day - it looks into the courtyard, so it is rather silent during night time - very nice if your exhausted from your tours! (The corridor was a bit busy during the day, but there was another flat being renovated).

Klein aber fein. Für uns als Touristen, die den ganzen Tag Paris besichtigt haben, hat die Wohnung allemal gereicht.

Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt:) sehr süß, Super ausgestattet, sehr zentral, total ruhig!! Wir können sie nur empfehlen:)

Really cute studio flat just blocks from the Bastille and Marais. Brigette and her daughter were both extremely helpful people. :)

The flat was very small, but cozy and clean. The location could not have been better (close to the bastille).

It's a very nice and cosy place to stay, quiet and pretty close to everything (Metro Bastille with 3 metrolines is just 5 min. away). It's a very nice, lovely and interesting quarter with everything you want around the corner. The appartment includes everything you need - I was very happy there and will definitely come back.

A very nice and pleasant place to be. It is quiet and neat. We felt very comfortable there.
We will come back that's for sure!
