instructions in English on how to use the washing machine was not available
hot water was seldom available
the oven was very dirty and the pans and the pots were very dark
fruit knives were not availablethe couch table and the couch were very old
for the electricity I was very much overcharged - my cousin and others pay for an entire year what you calculated
the bed was ok, the mattress was good
the lights inside were not so good for these short days
the certificate has 2 times cleaning
