A spacious ambient Living room provides a lovely fireplace and direct access to the sunny, river view balcony. Its effortless year-round appeal is complemented by a lovely modern sofa and a wall-mounted TV for those cosy wintertime stays.

An open plan Kitchen Diner for 4 accompanies the modernised rustic Living space. Equipped with an induction hob, oven, eye-level microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher, the contemporary Kitchen will cater for easy meals in as well as for laid-back coffee mornings.

A staircase from the Living room leads up to an inviting mezzanine bedroom. A lovely, ambient Double bed and wardrobe to the upper floor features a handy wash basin and WC. Back to the principal floor below, an equally spacious Double bedroom and a modern family bathroom with luxury walk-in shower is provided.

The historical 4-storey building enjoys a prime location within the pedestrianized old Town of Chamonix. Guests are a 5 minutes’ walk from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.

Situated along the pedestrianized road of ‘Rue Paccard’, guests are within tempting reach of local eateries, shops and resort amenities.

For those who enjoy self-catering, Chamonix boasts a weekly local food market and plenty of grocery shops and supermarkets. A wide selection of world food restaurants, brasseries, cafes, fine dining and wine & tapas bars are also on hand to whet the appetite throughout the day and night. Those looking to enjoy a lively evening out will also be spoilt for choice; with a plethora of different bars and live music venues to accompany the resort’s nightclubs, lounge bars and microbreweries.

In the summertime, Chamonix is a great destination for hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, riding, Adventure parks, paragliding and even water sports and golf; whilst in the wintertime, Chamonix provides the perfect setting for Skiing and Snowboarding; with schools, rental shops, pristine slopes, cross country routes and off-piste runs providing a great distraction for all abilities.

The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both just 7 minutes’ drive away; enabling families and avid outdoor fans to enjoy some more adrenaline-fuelled moments during their stay.

From the charming holiday retreat, Geneva Airport is just 72 minutes’ drive away, via the A40.
