Apartment with 100 sqm of garden located at the ground floor of a modern builduing with concierge, in the central west part of the city, in between Bravetta and Monteverde districts.
Recently renovated and equipped with every comfort, the house can host up to 8 guests and consists of: a bright and comfortable room with two double sofa beds, a large "open space" living room with a two double sofa beds, Tv and a fully equipped kitchen island, two bathrooms with shower and a beautiful garden with fruit trees (lemons, grapefruits..), where you can spend pleasant moments of peace and tranquility.
Cafè, supermarkets, restaurants, kiosks, and shops are at walking distance (the icecream maker Il Pinguino, few meters from the flat, it's a must).
Monteverde is a neighborhood full of green: the Gianicolo, with its panoramic terrace and the historic puppet theater; Villa Sciarra, whose fountains, statues and hedges create glimpses of great visual impact and, above all, Villa Doria Pamphilj, with the typical roman pines, the tasting of organic meals and relaxing aperitifs on carpets that surround a beautiful bistrot, lazy afternoons on the banks of the pond…
During the summer, you’ll find, in these parks, various artistic events of theater, music and dance, and many initiatives for children.
The apartment is very well connected to the historic center, thanks to the Bus H, 33, that stop in front of the apartment, the tram 8 and bus 870, which stops are reachable after only one stop of the mentioned buses (or 10 min. of walk) and the 98 bus.
In particular:
-the H Bus, after crossing the Monteverde district, reaching the San Camillo Hospital and the Trastevere station, continues along Viale Trastevere (approx. 20 minutes), arrives at Piazza Venezia (Colosseum, Campidoglio, Teatro Marcello, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps…), till the terminus in front of the Termini Station (approx. 45 minutes).
-the 98 Bus, which stops just 350 meters from the apartment, offers easy access to the St. Peter's Basilica (approx. 20 minutes), and so to the Vatican Museum, the Cappella Sistina, Castel Sant’Angelo and, just one stop after, St. Peter Plaza, to the Santo Spirito Hospital and the Bambin Gesù Pediatric Hospital.
-Tram 8 follows the same H’s route to Piazza Venezia (approx. 35 minutes), but with the advantage of switching every 5 minutes.
- the 870 bus, which stops in via del casaletto, reaches and pass through the Gianicolo Promenade (one of the best view of Rome), the Pediatric Hospital Bambin Gesù, Piazza della Rovere (Santo Spirito Hospital, Basilica di San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo), and finish the ride at the beginning of Corso Vittorio Emanuele, few steps from Piazza Navona and via dei Coronari.

From Rome Fiumicino:
-take the Leonardo Express train to Trastevere Station buying the ticket directly at the airport. In front of the Stazione Trastevere there's a H Bus stop, take the uphill direction (direction Dei Capasso) in about 10 minutes you'll be in front of the house.

From Rome Ciampino Airport:
-Take the shuttle bus (Terravision or Sit Bus Shuttle) to Termini Station. From the station you can take the H bus that will take you comfortably in front of the house.
