The metro station is in walking distance (7 minutes) and also a big supermarket. Quiet area of Paris where you don't have to be afraid of walking around in the evening hours.

good size, large enough, good area to stay, close to metro station and bakery, supermarkets, quiet, parking lot available, we enjoyed the stay could recommend this appartment

The flat was very clean and spacious and the welcome by staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shutters that covered the windows were electrically powered and two lots of shutters did not work meaning that it was impossible to shade the flat from the heat of the day. The air conditioning was on an automatic timer that only lasted 7 minutes at a time so it was difficult to cool the apartment. Although there was a guest laundry it would also be helpful to have an iron in each flat to iron the clothes that were crumpled from travelling. It would also be helpful to have more information on which suburbs have good restaurants or bars like Obercampf or the Latin Quarter as it is difficult to find the good places away from the tourist spots when you are new to the city. On the whole, however, we enjoyed Paris and would recommend this accommodation.
