Plan your trip to Athens now! Mara's appartment is fantastic value for money. The flat is tastefully furnished, it's very close to the sea so you can reward yourselves with a swim after the sightseeing, there are all the shops you need in the area. Very good direct tram connection to the city centre or the port (i think the airport too, but haven't used it). Athens is a crowded place, but we did not have problems finding a parking place next to the house. Area is safe, people friendly. No wonder this appartment is so heavily booked in the season. Highly recommended.

Very comfotable appartment to be recommended without any reservations. Ideal place to get to know every day life in Athens from an authentic neighbourhood perspective. With public transport you are connected to downtown Athens with all tourist attractions as well as Pireaus traditional harbour area. There are children playgrounds perfectly located for a relaxing late afternoon walk along the beach promenade just over the main road.

Our family of 4 stayed in Mara's apartment during our few days in Athens. It exceeded all our expectations: it was very clean, comfortable, has renovated bathroom and located in quiet and safe neighborhood with very friendly people. It is a easy 40 min bus ride to all tourist attractions. We liked coming home after a busy touristy day and go to neighbourhood restorants that Mara recommended us. Also, we really liked to stroll to the beach that is just few steps away. The apartment is convenveniently located to public transit from/to airport and to the city centre. Mara is exellent host, she was very helpful and flexible with our departure time that removed a lot of pressure from us. We definetely would recommend Mara and her apartment to our friends and stay there again should we come back to Greece. Thank you, Mara!
