Sehr zentral gelegen und damit gut zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn und Taxi erreichbar. Außerdem handelt es sich um ein Erdgeschossappartment, das gibt es sonst selten in New York City.

The room was nice. It was bigger than expected (we had 4 suitcases and it was no problem to store them). The room was quiet and had an awesome view! Both the bathrooms and the kitchen were clean. There was security personnel in the building 24/7. There are two close train stations: the A train needs 15 minutes to Times Square, the 1 train needs 35 minutes to Times Sqaure. We would stay at the room again! Thank you!

My mother and I had a very good experience in Ray's appartment: Communication and handover of keys was very easy (Ray's friends were very friendly and helpful.) Small, comfy and completely equipped flat. Location was very convenient, close to everything - yet in a more residential street. Great base to experience the city. We had a very good time.

the location is excellent and it is a very good value for money. Kitchen should have been a bit better equipped; a frying pan for example. Additional bed linen and pillows also. There was no elevator so you need to carry your luggage. Overall, we had a good time so these comments are to make the place an excellent place overall;
