Best London-Bromley holiday apartments

I have to say everything was fine, the bed was comfortable, the sheets and the towels were fresh, the only thing which was not ok was the floor, which was not being cleaned properly for quite a while. Maybe hoovered but not cleaned properly. The problem is that everyone wears shoes and when the rug is everywhere it is a problem cleaning it only by hoovering. Otherwise the place is nice, the supermarket and the bus station are almost in front of the house. The surrounding is quiet and safe. It will take you for about 20 minutes bus ride with number 162 which stops opposite the shop Cooperative foods - the stop is Gordon arms, this bus will take you to Bromley south station - then you will have to take the train to Victoria station - which Will take you another 20 minutes. The buses run fluently every 10 minutes and the trains also. The last train from Victoria station to Bromley South is 17 minutes past midnight and the first in the morning is 4:50. I think its a good value for money

The location is outside of Central London, but the city is easy to reach by bus and train.

Large bedroom, very comfortable mattresses, nice view of garden, roomy community kitchen (positively surprised: wasn't even mentioned in description): access to all kinds of cooking material (cutlery, pans, pots, ...). Also, allowed to use dining room (for card games...). Pretty quiet environment (hardly any traffic noises), appealing houses around.

Daily train ride to London Bridge took us 16 or 23 minutes (depending on if it is a fast or slow train, both occur with equal frequency). Walking time to the station is 10 minutes from Jane's home.

Petrol station/ M&S supermarket close to accomodation. Would recommend it to our friends.
