Ayse & Necdet 2.0 03/31/2013We are sorry that the guests (4 of them) were not satisfied overall. The door will be fixed immediately. The kettle is working fine. The apartment is on the fourth floor as it is in the description. Our staff helped to carry their bags initially as we do with all our guest.
The guest returned to the apartment very late at night under a very high influence of alcohol. They were not able to climb the stairs and they made a lot of noise to bother the other guests.
Sorry for the cause of unhappiness to all parties.
