All our apartments are in very safe area. Be careful since many people rent apartments in the worst areas of Athens just because is cheap.

The Athens Furnished Apartment No4 is a 2-bedroom apartment and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, 3 air-conditions, free Internet access (both ways wi-fi and with cable), Telephone line with free calls to 43 countries around the world, balcony, Bathroom, Washing machine, Hair-dryer, Iron, Iron board, Coffee machine, Toaster, 24 hours hot water and more...
The apartment has 2 double beds and a camp bed in the living room for the 5th person.

In the city center of Athens just 8 minute walk away from the metro station (blue line direct from the airport) and 7 minutes ride from the historical sites, you will discover our fully renovated and furnished apartments. Each one of them is decorated with our love, care and personal touch. Everything is carefully selected to the very detail so as to make you feel like you are at your own home while offering you an experience worth to remember. Their unique character and atmosphere will help you re-charge your batteries after a busy day out in the city. The balcony’s nice view at the inner garden will help you leave behind city’s noise, relax and enjoy some peaceful moments in a city that never sleeps. Our discrete presence (we live in the same building) will offer you the necessary feeling of safety in a new environment and we will be close enough to help you with anything you may need.

Ideally located Abelokipi area is one of the more fortunate areas of Athens in terms of public transport. The nearest metro station and bus stations are only a step away while the search for a taxi is a piece of cake and the use of it is very economically since most of the destinations are only 5 to 10 minutes away. Abelokipi is a lively area with a lot of traditional taverns and international restaurants (Friday’s, Applebee’s), bars, cinemas and theaters, Super Markets and even a street market where you can buy fresh products at very reasonable prices.

Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
You will have to respect the apartment and the neighbors.
Parties are not allowed.
Loud music is not allowed.
The apartment is not for people that make a lot of noise.
You cannot invite people to the apartment except if you inform us and agree.

The apartment is located at 4 Arkadias street, Abelokipi area, Athens.
The area is very safe.
There is bus stop 50 meters away (less than a minute) and metro station 8 minutes walk from the apartment.
If you do not like walking you can combine bus and metro.
Syntagma metro station (city center) is 4 metro stations away from the apartment.
Acropolis, Plaka, & Monastiraki area only 5 metro stations away. (Historical attractions)
National archaeological museum: easy access with direct bus line from the bus stop 50 meters away from the apartment.
The cost for the weekly ticket for public transportation (Metro, Bus, Trolley, Tram) is 14 euro per person.
Bed linens and towels provided. Changed weekly.
