A lovely little cottage nestled in a quiet corner of our property where rest and relaxation are the key words yet close to improtant centers and small towns full of history, art and culture. A one bedroom cottage with queen size bed and a pull-out full size sofa bed in the living room, this cottage is equipped to host upto 4 people. A country kitchen with modern appliances . fridge, two burner stove, sink and micro-wave oven - leads to a spacious living room with sofa (bed) two armchairs,and dining table with chairs. From here, open the large two wooden doors and find a spectacular view of the Umbrian Valley below while enjoying a meal on the picnic table provided. The cottage has it's own private bathroom with shower, separate driveway and parking spot.
