In the center of Vienna (2nd district) between Ferris wheel and St.Stephan you will find our cozy and modern furnished holiday apartment (size of 64 m2). Just around in the Praterstrasse there are restaurants, cafe's, bakeries, supermarkets and shops. The 1st district with all well-known sights can easily be reached by walking (5 min)! But also the subway-station is located next to the house. That subway (U1) will take you to Stephansplatz in only 3 minutes.
Our apartment (non-smoker) is suitable for up to 6 persons: It has two separated rooms, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, anteroom.
Sleeping room with comfortable double bed and big wardrobe (window to absolute quiet yard); Living room with two sofas which can be pulled out easily (bed size 140x200 cm each), cable-TV, computer with internet connection (included), stereo system, dining table. Completely furnished kitchen (+ microwave) with small table. Bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and hair drier.

Raimund 5.0 stars 10/23/2012Das nette Apartment ist modern ausgestattet und gemütlich. Es bietet ausreichend Platz auch für etwas größere Reisegruppen. Praktisch ist der vorhandene PC wenn man mal keinen Laptop mithat. Die Lage ist vor allem für Teilnehmer bei den Messen am Messegelände Ideal, da man nur eine Ubahnstation entfernt ist.

Dimitar 5.0 stars 07/05/2011Die Wohnung ist in sehr guter Lage. Sie ist hell, geräumig, sauber und komplett eingerichtet. ( inkl. ein Desktop-PC mit High Speed Internet ). Die U-Bahn U1 ist ein paar Schritte entfernt.
Der erste Wiener Bezirk und der Prater sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Viele Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäfte sind in der näheren Umgebung.
