Janice 2.0 stars 09/16/2012This is the unit I booked however, it is not the unit I was put in. When we arrived in London, we were left waiting in a hallway and basically told I had the wrong dates....ya ok. We were supposedly given the wrong address and after 2 hours of waiting, were taken to another building. It was a two bedroom, was not equipped with enough to cook a meal, the fridge didn't work and the bed felt like I was sleeping on 2 inches of springs. Thank goodness the city has made me want to come and visit again but we will not be using this site to book again.
