une petite maison à Fayence

Our house - with the character of a typical French Maison de Village - is located within walking distance to the village square of Fayence on a small plot of land with beautiful large trees. It has two floors and in addition to the spectacular views you will find

on the ground floor:
an entrance hall, a guest toilet (and washing machine), the living room with fireplace and the kitchen with a dining table for 2-6 people.

Upstairs:
Two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

In the garden:
Their is a dining table for 6-8 people on the large terrace in front of the house under the linden trees.

Please note that we do not have a pool, as we walk only 10 minutes to the beautiful public swimming pool. A drive to the enormous sweet water lake takes only 15 minutes and it takes only 30 minutes to drive to the beaches!
