The 85 m² Apartment Ku’Damm sleeps up to 8 and is right near the Ku'Damm in Berlin. This is an exciting area which is perfect for visiting all the most interesting sites of West Berlin. You can go shopping in the Ku’Damm, or KaDeWe. The Museuminsel is also walking distance and you can see some fascinating sites in any one of the museums, including the famous Pergamon Museum with its captivating historic relics. The new Reichstag is also very close and is flanked by modern buildings notable for their architecture. The Spree winds along this and is an attractive place for a stroll. Walk through the Brandenburger Tor and or down Unter der Linden or Potsdamer Platz, all walking distance from the apartment. The metro is 600 metres from the apartment and bus lines are closer (400 metres). This quiet street is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in a quiet flat but without sacrificing a central location.
The apartment is very beautiful and spacious with plenty of natural light. There are two bedrooms, each of them equipped with double bed and sofa bed. The larger bedroom can also act as sort of a living room because it has a eating table, chairs, and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water boiler, toaster, oven and more. There is a toilet and a bathroom with a large tub.

Christian 3.0 stars 12/18/2012Wohnung war super gross und sauber genau wie beschrieben! Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler liegen! Bahn, Bank, Q-Damm, Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen alle im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten! Die Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Verwalter der Vermieterin hat auch einnwandfrei funktioniert und verlief Problemlos und er hatte ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen! Einziges Problem war das nicht gespülte bzw schlecht gereinigte Geschirr!

Padilla 4.0 stars 12/01/2012Big and spacious apartment. But the only thing that wasn't working properly was the hob or hot plate for cooking. It was only 1 plate that was working and it took us awhile to make it work maybe need to be replaced or repaired otherwise with regards to location it is great and good value for money.

Claudia 1.0 stars 05/17/2013Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!Absolut unmöglich wie hier mit Gästen umgegangen wird! Ich hatte ein großzügiges 85 m² Apartment mit Badewanne und 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Am Anreisetag bekam ich - ohne jede Erklärung - ein ganz anderes Apartment, welches nur halb so großes war, 1-Zimmer und eine deutlich schlechtere Ausstattung hatte (Dusche statt Badewanne, winzige Küche ohne funktionierenden Herd etc). Auf meine irritierte Rückfrage hin wurde mir lediglich mitgeteilt, dass sich kurfristig eine größere Gruppe angemeldet hatte, denen die Vermieter kurzerhand mein gebuchtes Apartment gegeben hatten.
Es wäre das mindeste gewesen, mich darüber im Vorfeld zu informieren und um Einverständnis gefragt zu werden!!
Nach langer Diskussion erklärte sich der Vermieter schließlich dazu bereit, mir 10% des Mietpreises zu erlassen, was ca. 10 EUR wären. Bis heute, mehrere Wochen später, habe ich weder den Rabatt noch eine Rückmeldung auf meine Mail erhalten , in der ich meine Kontodaten mitteilte. -
