The apartment "GASPARO 2" is located in the quiet quarter of Cannaregio, where you can still feel the special atmosphere of Venice, rich in charm and history. Walking through the picturesque narrow streets you can reach in few minutes the Strada Nova, and than the Rialto Bridge and St. Marco. The proximity to the vaporetto stop of "Madonna dell’Orto" (100 mt.) allows you to reach the apartment from the airport in just 30 minutes, or use the public service for easy access to major historical attractions of Venice (Piazza S . Marco, Rialto, Fenice, etc.). It is also easy to reach the islands, such as Murano, Burano and Torcello and the headquarters of the Biennale.
The apartment, completely restored in 2009 with a modern style, is on two floors. On the ground floor there are the living area, that includes entry, large living room with sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom and a exclusive courtyard equipped with a small table with chairs. Upstairs there is the sleeping area with one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Eva 5.0 stars 08/30/2011Es war wunderschön! Die Adresse: traumhaft ruhig gelegen an einem Seitenkanal, trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum, ebenso wie - gleich um 2 Ecken - am Vaporetto! Das Appartement: Sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, wohltemperiert (was bei 38° Außentemperatur besonders wichtig war!) Nett auch das winzige 'Gärtchen', in dem wunderbar frühstücken kann!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ha ido todo perfecto, la casa esta como en las fotos, hemos disfrutado mucho de venecia, esta situada en un lugar ideal ya que ademas venecia se recorre facil andando o mediante los diversos medios de transporte existentes.
Si que nos asusto al principio el que no respondiera el anfitrion en los mensajes que le dejabamos en la web de 9flats pero luego mediante sms, el encuentro y todo fue genial. Para repetir. -

Die Verständigung - sowohl von Deutschland aus als auch vor Ort - klappte ausgezeichnet (auf Englisch). Nachdem wir unsere Ankunft gemeldet hatten, war wenige Minuten später jemand da zur Wohnungsübergabe.
Alles absolut unkompliziert, besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen!
