Ciao! My name is Danilo. I know that you are going to spend some time in a new city, and I want to do as much as possible to make your stay as enjoyable as it can be. This apartment is comfortable and warm, with a huge bathroom and internal views. It offers a double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed and kitchen corner. Other amenties include: Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Individual Heating, Air Conditioning, WiFi, Microwave Oven, and Kitchen Utensils. Linens and towels are included.

Cleaning service and utilities:
To ensure the proper maintenance and cleaning of each apartment, a €50.00 final cleaning fee is applied to each booking. Utilities are included.

A private garage is at the disposal of our guests, just few steps from Signoria Apartments, at the cost of 25€ per day. After reservation, we will send you all of the information necessary to reach the parking garage. We will be more than happy to provide you with more information. Please don’t hesitate to contact us!
