The apartment has a living room with a sleeping couch for one person including a kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms ( one with a doublebed, the other one with two single beds), a gallery with a sleeping couch, a bathroom, a seperate toilette and an entrance, it does definitely never make you feel as being in a tiny hotelroom!
The apartment is on the top floor of a house with lift and a garden, build in 1900. It is very close to Schoenbrunn castle, so take a jog in the park or a relaxing walk in the Schoenbrunn gardens.
You reach the metro station Heitzing within 4 minutes, from there it takes 10 minutes to reach the inner city.
Schoenbrunn with its famous zoo, the castle and the Palmenhaus can be reached within 5 minutes, the Technical Museum, nice cafes and restaurants, a public swimming pool with sauna and tennis court a near by.
As the apartment is close to public transport, the inner city with all its beautiful sights can be reached from the apartment within 10-30 minutes.
Oposite of the house you find a bakery that is opened every day from 7 to 7. Within 2 minutes there is a supermarket and a lot of other shops.

Dimitar 5.0 stars 05/12/2011Die Maisonette-Dachgeschoßwohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage. Sie ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Durch die Nähe zum Schloß Schönbrunn und zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es möglich, sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens anzuschauen. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist hier auch vorhanden - ob man sich nun in den vier Wänden aufhält, oder Wien erkunden will.
