The studio is located 3 minutes from metro Abbesses (line 12 directly to Concorde, Madeleine, Sevres Babylone or Porte de Versailles, Paris Fair) or "White" (line 2 directly to the Place de l'Etoile, Ménilmontant Belleville or Nation) and 5 minutes from Place de Clichy.

Furnished studio of 17 m2, fully renovated, very bright and sunny on the 3rd floor of a small building with a secure code. It gives the street.
Bathroom with shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, refrigerator, microwave oven, crockery and cooking utensils etc..), Trolley on wheels with storage.
The main room consists of a sofa bed sleeping 2 people, a round table and 3 chairs, a wardrobe, a chest, a mini hi-fi and a TV are available.
Extra storage Private 2 m2 on the floor for luggage.

Rentals are for a minimum of five days, the rental price is 350 EUR 380 per week depending on the period, and laundry charges included

Electricity consumption is dependent
the tenant. An electric meter reading is done on arrival and departure.

Christoph 3.0 stars 05/17/2013Die Unterkunft war kleiner als es einem die Fotos vormachen! Trotzdem waren wir alles in allem zufrieden! das Appartment ist klein aber im Grunde ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Die zentrale in Montmartre ist fantastisch! Da das Appartment im 3. Stock liegt, ist es mit dem Lärm erträglich! Im sommer bei offenen fenstern wird der Geräuschpegel um einiges ansteigen! Ganz ehrlich muß ich sagen das das Appartment für jüngere Leute ideal ist .Von 20-35 J. Für gesetzteres Alter eher nicht zu empfehlen! Der Weg über das enge Treppenhaus in den 3. Stock, ist für ältere Semester mit Koffer, sehr beschwerlich! Am Appartment selbst sind auch einige Renovierungsarbeiten fällig. Das Türschloß war nur mit Mühe auf bzw. zuzuschließen. Neue Matrazen bzw. Bettwäsche und Spanntuch sind überfällig! Ich möchte das Appartment nicht schlech reden, aber es sollte wieder etwas daran getan werden, damit die nächsten Besucher wieder Freude daran haben. Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paris!

Larissa & Mark 4.0 stars 04/21/2013Schöne kleine Wohnung in tollem Viertel, gut mit der Metro zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat die Perfekte Größe für zwei, Ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vor der Tür geht das Pariser Leben mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants los.
Wir wären am Liebsten dageblieben ;)

Wir wurden pünktlich zur vereinbarten Zeit im Appartment erwartet!
Nach einer kurzen Einführung, hat sich Frau Deschaintres wieder verabschiedet! Wir konnten den letzten Tag noch den ganzen Tag das Appartment nutzen! Das war Klasse. Vielen Dank Anne!
Bei der Abreise mußten wir den Schlüßel nur in den Briefkasten legen! Alles easy und relaxed! -

Anne hatte unsere Ankunft gut vorbereitet, ist sehr freundlich, und trotz unsrer bescheidenen Französischkenntnisse ist die Wohnungsübergabe komplikationslos gewesen. Anne hatte gute Tips für uns was Cafés und Supermärkte anging.
Sehr zu empfehlen!
