Birgit 5.0 stars 05/15/2013Ruhige Lage. Hervorragende Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrmittel (Haltestellen von S-Bahn, Strassenbahn und Bus ganz in der Nähe); der 1. Bezirk (Innenstadt) ist in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Bequeme Betten, verschiedene Bettdecken für den individuellen Schlafkomfort. Die Beschreibung mit Wohnungsplan und Photos vermittelt ein gutes Bild der Wohnung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Dimitar 5.0 stars 05/20/2011Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und komplett eingerichtet ( inkl. Schuhputzautomat), sehr sauber, hell und sonnig. Durch die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es möglich, sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens anzuschauen. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist hier auch vorhanden - ob man sich nun in den vier Wänden aufhält, oder Wien erkunden will.

Sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Die Vermieter haben ein Büro im Haus, das jeden Tag von 9 bis 11 Uhr besetzt ist.

Raimund 5.0 stars 09/14/2012Die Familie R. hat jahrelange Erfahrung im Vermieten von Appartments, das merkt man als Gast auch. Neben Wlan in allen Etagen, helfen die Gastgeber gerne persönlich weiter, und die große Menge an Infomaterial über die Attrationen in Wien lassen keine Wünsche offen.
