Heights View is a large cottage with ground level accommodation and triple glazing. Comprising of a through lounge and conservatory, large bathroom with shower mixer attachment, ensuite to master bedroom, family room with sofa, dining kitchen with Mexican Pine dining table and utility room. The bungalow includes washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, tumble dryer, video, four televisions, BT Vision OnDemand. dvd/cd player, a PC with games and internet access and a payphone.

To the front there is a cream and rattan bedroom with kingsize bed, to the rear there is a large family room which comprises a kingsize bed and a single bed and a third bedroom comprising bunk beds and a hideaway single bed. There is a double relyon sofa bed in the family room. 2 travel cots and highchairs are provided for babies.
