    emplacement tres bien situé dans le bari gothic,proche des ramblas et raval.
    quartier multi ethnique assez pauvre et parfois sale dans certaines ruelles. alors on aime ou on aime pas cette diversité... l'appart est conforme à la photo sauf le tapis qui a changer de couleur. lappart aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture et de certains réaménagement( porte de douche). autre point negatif pour les grands et tres grand la mezzanine est certe un joli nid d'amour mais proche du plafond.... enfin tres complet en appareil electromenager et appart tres calme la nuit. (meme si frigo bruyant).

    Everything was as described and very nice, so we enjoyed our stay in barcelona absolutely. (The fifth star is missing because, a few minor details in the flat should be renovated or repaired, for example curtain, radio).

    Gebucht beim Ersten, nach Ankunft zu telefonieren gehabt mit nem Zweiten, Wohnungsübergabe mit wem Dritten. ...etwas ungewohnt, hat aber letztendlich alles reibungslos hingehaut. Sehr nette Kontakte.

    Übergabe hat super geklappt, sowohl bei An- als auch bei Abreise. Marco sprach gut englisch, hat alles ordentlich erklärt und war nett und zuvorkommend, hat uns noch beim Taxi geholfen.

Die Lage ist der Wahnsinn in der Nacht das Meeresrauschen zu hören ist einfach herrlich. Von der Kaffeemaschine über den Föhn dem Internetzugang + Fernseher bis zur Waschmaschine + Trockner alles da für den der es braucht. Wir haben lieber die tolle Stadt und das Meer erkundet ist wirklich alles traumhaft vorhanden. Wir kommen sicher wieder dieses Mal dann mit Kindern.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hatte 2 große Balkone, einen Fahrstuhl, ein Supermarket in direkter Umgebung. Die Bahn Station war auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

The quater Born is a fantastic mixture between old and new, lokal and international. The old house Max lived gave the sensation of being inbetween everything. The room was spacious, well equipped and had inspiring books and pictures to be discovered.
