LOCATION
The apartment is just 300 meters from the main station in a side street between the station and the center and is located so centrally located, where all the sights can be reached on foot. The apartment is on the 5th Floor of a well-kept building with lift.
The downtown market square, the old town, are Bremen Arena, the convention center with all fairs, museums, theater and musicals to reach. The annually held Bremer free market and the famous Christmas market in Bremen smell from here formally. Also, the Weser stadium is easily reached by tram.

AMENITIES
The bright apartment has an entrance hall, living area, a small new kitchen, new bathroom and a small porch, smoking is allowed on.
The apartment was equipped with high-grade laminate and tiles.

In the living room is a seating area, dining area, a double bed (180x200m) and a wardrobe. A 86cm flat screen provides the TV entertainment (cable TV). A wireless connection is available in the apartment. Bed linen is provided.
A guest bed for a third person can be placed.

The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Of course, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Similarly, there is a microwave.

In the bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin and a towel radiator. Hair dryer and towels are provided.

In a laundry room can be used for a fee washing machine and dryer.

Bicycle storage is available.

OUTDOORS
The apartment is equipped with a small balcony. Parking is provided in the side streets. It is also possible to park in the public garage for 3,50 € per day. Alternatively, you can use a private underground parking space for 5,00 € per day.

SPECIAL
Bremerhaven can be reached in 45 minutes. There you will find the climate and the house Emigration Center. By boat you can reach from there the island of Helgoland. In the summer season from May to September there is a direct waterway link there.
A trip to Hamburg is not a problem with the metronome. The Central Station is about 80 minutes from Bremen.

Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am.

The Central Station is about 300m to the apartment.
From the airport is by taxi about 5.5 kilometers or 15 minutes to the apartment. With the tram line 6 is about 20 minutes to flat (station Hauptbahnhof/Central Station).
