The room is double, en-suite with full length balcony.

You are welcome to share the rest of the apartment with us during your stay. Living area / kitchen /TV/ wifi etc.
Excellent location minutes from train station, shops, village, and theatres etc

Jennifer 5.0 stars 07/30/2012Die Lage der Unterkunft ist GENIAL!!! Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Ob es die Konzertarena, die Art Gallery, viele tolle Pubs, die Shopping Meile und so vieles mehr ist. Ich würde immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen. In der Wohnung hat man sein eigenes Zimmer mit Balkon und daran angrenzend sein eigenes Bad. Ansonstenn darf man alles in der Wohnung mitbenutzen und verkonsumieren (-; Seeehr empfehlenswert!

Michael 5.0 stars 12/15/2011Ich habe mich zum ersten Mal für eine private Unterkunft entschieden und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Es ist alles so, wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer ist im Vergleich zu den Mauselöchern in den Hotel schön geräumig und das eigene Bad mit Dusche und WC lässt es einem wie in einem Hotel vorkommen. Dass man die Küche mitbenutzen darf, macht die ganze Sache richtig heimelig. Kaffee, Tee, Müsli, Milch, Brot - es ist alles da. Und das Appartement liegt wirklich absolut zentral. Wenige gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Alles in allem absolut zu empfehlen.

The flat features a beautiful full-length balcony and floor to ceiling windows, providing it with wonderful views over the surrounding architecture and nearby canal. The canal also has a secluded marina area, with a waterfront bar, perfect for relaxing on sunny afternoons. Unsere Gastgeber Colin und Karyo sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, kommunikativ und haben uns viele nützliche Informationen über Manchester gegeben. Sie waren über das Wochenende selbst nicht da, so dass wir die Wohnung - in der wir uns ausrücklich "wie zu Hause" fühlen sollten - für uns hatten.

Ich habe nur Karyo kennenlernen dürfen. Colin war busy. Karyo ist mir sofort sympatisch gewesen. Er hat ein sehr freundliches Wesen, ist hilfsbereit und versucht einem den Aufenthalt so entspannt wie möglich zu machen, ohne dabei den "Hausherr" spielen zu wollen. Da die beiden selber viel Reisen und private unterkommen, weiß er/wissen sie genau, worauf es ankommt. Danke noch einmal für die nette Unterkunft. Michael

Colin and Karyo are both interesting, sociable and approachable hosts, and their welcoming approach makes them incredibly easy to get on with and get to know. They are also both prolific 9flats.com travellers themselves, so their understanding of the hospitality and companionship that can be shared between 9flats.com's guests and hosts is that of the seasoned host. These are the kinds of hosts you could become great friends with during your stay!
