The apartment is walking distance from the Turia Gardens that you can follow to the City of Arts and Sciences, the modern part of the city.
The apartment is 50 sqm in one big room, it sleeps up to 4 people with the use of a double bed and a double sofa-bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted, and you will be able to cook the fresh products bought at the Rojas Clemente market located at the end of the street, next to the supermarket Consum.
A set of towels per person and bed linen are provided for each stay.

The place is in the middle of the city. Its easy to find bus and metro stations. The flat is a perfect style. The builder of the flat does a very good job. You want miss your own home. Clean and nice ... beautiful, what else?

Ana 5.0 stars 03/22/2012Once again, the best choice we could have made to stay in Valencia. The location of the apartment is excellent and we really enjoyed the Fallas festival. It definitely makes a difference to be downtown but yet stay in an area that is more quiet and comfortable to get some rest. The apartment is really cozy and unique.

Sus 50 metros diáfanos cuentan con todas las comodidades de un hogar. En una finca centenaria, dispone de cama de matrimonio y sofá cama. Bajo un techo con las vigas al aire se encuentra la zona de comedor, cocina y un baño, disimulado tras un armario.
Su ubicación es ideal para conocer la parte antigua de la ciudad, pero además, está a pocos metros del río Turia, la zona verde más amplia de Valencia.

Normaly I never wouldnt say it is "fantastic", but it is true. Everything was perfekt. I cant say anything again. Eleonore is very friendly and the flat is absoloutly amazing. I just want to say - I want come back! Thanks a lot! I hope it was not our last time in Valencia.
