offengestanden, wir haben die Wohnung innerhalb von 10 min. ungenutzt wieder verlassen und sind in ein Hotel gezogen. Die Wohnung ist (jedenfalls im März) eher kalt, feucht (es gibt einen Entfeuchter, ist zwar gut, aber auch bezeichnend), sie hat nur ein Fenster um Eingang, ansonsten noch ein Oberlicht von 20 mal 40 cm. sie ist nicht schlecht und modern eingerichtet, aber m.E. bestenfalls im Sommer zu empfehlen. Habe dem Gastgeber noch am Ankunftstag informiert, dass wir die Wohnung nicht nutzen würden bzw. dass sie wieder vermietbar sei.

Die Unterkunft ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und lässt generell keine Wünsche offen. Sie verfügt über 2 neu renovierte Bäder, die sehr gut gereinigt werden und in denen diverse Dinge zur Verfügung stehen. Auch die Küche entspricht den modernen Standards und is gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach etc.).Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sauber und gepflegt. Einziger Minuspunkt: in einem der Schlafzimmer war ein Schimmelfleck, direkt neben dem Bett. Dieser Mangel solle jedoch, laut Vermieter, noch die Woche behoben werden. Daher jedoch auch nur 4 und nicht 5 Sterne.
