BRIEF DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the second floor of a listed multiple dwelling and offers an unobstructed view over a residential area. The apartment has an international offer for information and entertainment, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway.

LOCATION
Quiet & green location yet close to the city, quick access to the Kurfürstendamm boulevard, the ICC and CCB congress centre (ECCMID 2013: 27.-30.04.2013) along with Messe Berlin fairgrounds & the capital's biggest university: Freie Universität Berlin. You can park on the street for free.

MAIN ROOM
The Alcantara sofa-bed in the main room offers a 200 x 140 cm large sleeping surface when unfolded. A night stand with storage space and a radio-controlled alarm clock are at hand. Decorative lights and luminaries can be operated from either side of the sofa-bed. 2 chests of drawers comprise all necessary linen including pillows and provide space for your personal items.

BATHROOM
In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower, a sink and a washing machine. A shelf and a mirrored cabinet provide storage space and contain: bathrobes, towels and bath sheets.

KITCHEN
Tea, coffee or coffee beans, spices, dish cloths, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid and dishwasher tablets at hand. Equipment: electric hotplates and oven, extractor hood, 154 liter fridge, 38 liter 4 star freezer, cooking utensils and tableware. Large microwave with grill and hot air, coffee machine (for coffee beans, ground coffee or espresso, professional milk for capuccinos for example, separate hot water outlet for tea or instant drinks for instance). Electric slicer, toaster, kettle and various cooking utensils.

TV / RADIO, INTERNET, SECURITY
Digital TV on wide-screen LCD with a variety of channels among others from DE, US, GB/UK, FR, ES, PT, IT as well as digital radio. Internet access via WLAN (indexed network offers are locked). Fixed standard-sized safe, code can be set on the electric combination lock and changed at all times. Apartment equipped with redundant security system.

ADVICE
Prices include final cleaning, use of electricity and water, use of kitchen and bathroom supplies at hand. Upon handing over the keys, we request a security deposit of €50, which will be refunded upon return of the keys at the end of the stay.
