Living with contemporary art and view of Paris

90 square meters, contemporary art, breathtaking views of Paris and its environs, light-flooded rooms, contemporary furnishings and equipement, internet, phone: the café au lit appartement is the perfect place to spend holidays or work stays in the mythic french capital.
The generous appartement offers spacious rooms to relax after a day in the city, to work, to live, to dream... It is comprised of a large living room with a double studio couch, a dining room, a spacious office with large desk, two comfortable desk chairs and integrated bedroom (full-size bed), a fully equiped kitchen (gas stove, electric baking oven, toaster, electric kettle, dish-washer, washer, dryer), one bath-room.
We accept 4 people maximum, bed linen and towels are not furnished, a security deposit of 300 euros by cheque has to be send before your arrival.
The café au lit appartement is situated in the midst of the lively quarter of Belleville, a new contemporary art hot-spot in eastern Paris. Galeries, famous art-places like Le Plateau, restaurants, boutiques, open-air markets are in walking distance. The romantic parc des Buttes Chaumont and the famois cemetery Père Lachaise and dowtown Paris are also nearby.
