    VORSICHT, der Gastgeber hält sich nicht an die von ihm angegebenen Stornierungsbedingungen!

    Wir wollten unsere Reservierung aufgrund eines krankheitsbedingten Ausfalls 5 vor Anreise abändern, woraufhin Herr Dobrikin erklärte, für ihn würden die bei 9flats eingestellten Bedingungen zur Stornierung nicht gelten, sondern allein die (strengeren) Bestimmungen auf seiner privaten Homepage.

    Auch der bei 9flats angegebene Preis stimmt nicht. Der Gastgeber verlangt zu Messe- oder Eventzeiten deutlich höhere Preise als hier angegeben.

This is really a unique place. Absolutely enormous with enough beds for 9 people, it would be perfect for group trips. The upstairs is light, spacious and modern. The downstairs is also very light. Der Stadtteil, in der die Wohnung liegt, ist eher heruntergekommen bzw. befindet sich noch im Aufbau. Zu Fuß ist man aber innerhalb weniger Minuten an der S-Bahn-Station. Vom Äußeren des Hauses und vom Treppenhaus sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. Die Wohnung selber ist wirklich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben eigentlich nichts vermisst. In der Beschreibung der Wohnung war noch eine DVD-Spieler angegeben, der nicht vorhanden war, vom Vermieter aber sehr zügig auf Nachfrage nachgerüstet wurde.
